The TLCC.IN website is an internet-based entertainment booking portal owned and operated by The Leslie's Cinema Cafe. By accessing our website or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These Terms and Conditions are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
All bookings made through our website or via phone are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from The Leslie's Cinema Cafe team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Bookings are accepted for the following experiences: Private Theatre screenings, PlayStation 5 Gaming, Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations, and Podcast or Studio Recordings.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit. Full details are covered in our Cancellation Policy.
Guests are expected to use the premises responsibly and with respect for others. Any damage caused to equipment, furniture, or property will be charged to the booking party at replacement cost.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance with our team. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Guests may stream content from popular OTT platforms such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, or similar services through their own accounts. The Leslie's Cinema Cafe is not responsible for content availability, streaming quality issues, or any disputes arising from third-party platform usage.
The screening of content that infringes copyright or is illegal under Indian law is strictly prohibited. The Leslie's Cinema Cafe reserves the right to terminate any session where such content is being played.
We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to staff and other patrons. The Leslie's Cinema Cafe reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or in violation of these terms.
The Leslie's Cinema Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or technical failures attributable to third-party services.
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The Leslie's Cinema Cafe is not liable for any loss or theft of personal items on the premises.
The Leslie's Cinema Cafe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
