Private Theatre Bookings

Due to the limited availability of our theatre space, we request that all cancellations be made well in advance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time may be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Event or Workshop Bookings

For private events or workshops hosted at the cafe, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event may qualify for rescheduling. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed booking without prior notice, the booking will be considered forfeited and no rescheduling or refund will be applicable.

Refunds

Where applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the approved cancellation request.

Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to explore alternative dates or time slots.

All bookings made through our website or via phone are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from The Leslie's Cinema Cafe team.

Cancellations

Use of Premises

Content & Screenings

Guests may stream content from popular OTT platforms. The Leslie's Cinema Cafe is not responsible for content availability or streaming issues originating from third-party platforms.

Liability

The Leslie's Cinema Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
